The shit is starting to hit the fan for the Wickliffe Mill like it has been hitting everyone else of NewPage Union Workers especially Escanaba.
They have huge plans on what they are going to screw you out of and going thru process to get it done. We are going to have to stand up and fight for what we have to try and keep it, but it is going to take our members to stand up and give the help that the Executive Board needs from its members. The times to meet at the Union Hall for the vote is listed on the first page of the Website, just take a moment and read the document that was sent out and show your support and vote.
I am planning on being there hopefully most of Thrusday and hopefully an hour or 2 on Friday morning. The rest I have several things already planned and will not be able to be there the rest of the time. But the time I will be there I sure would like to see the great people that really have done a great service for me dealing with this cancer. You have shown me that we have 1 hell of place where friends really help friends. And this will give me some time to thank those who has really helped me out these past 3 months.
So I hope to see a great turn out for this voting.

I can tell you that it turned out better than expected. There was not even 1 "NO" vote casted. So that was a positive for us. |

WOW!!!!! I am very proud of your membership. Sure will be nice if the other locals follow suit. Especially Central Wisconsin.
Please thank your members from all of us here in Escanaba. You just gave us more power at the table on Friday.

I will to they alway Gurvey and Ron after the ass from business, than Gurvey talked are they were still were cussed and where they likered they where nother they Ron finished him and there they him live.
